{harry potter | the end of an era}

so... am i the only person who cried while watching the previews for the final harry potter?

it is indeed the end of an era. one that was more to me than a simple movie or obsession. i learned a lot from reading the harry potter series.

it was also something that brought my family closer together. my brother and i finally had something to agree upon instead of bicker about. mom and i had midnight dates to the bookstore to see all the people dressed up and have butterbeer floats. dad actually even stayed up past nine one evening to see the midnight premiere.

oh harry, ron & hermione, how i will miss you so.
