recent custom orders

i wanted to share a few fun custom orders i just sent out the door last week! i have a couple more in the works that i will be sharing in a couple of weeks also. it has been so fun designing these and working with the folks they are going to!

if you are interested in a custom sign for your home please send me an email! i'd be happy to create something for you!!

jared-1

this is for our family friend, jared. it is inscribed with the wesleyan covenant prayer. as methodist folks, this prayer is near and dear to our hearts. i love the words in it and i loved painting it! the picture does it no justice - it is gorgeous and HUGE (almost three feet tall!)

johnstons-1

johnstons-2

these are for my sweet friend leanne over at what's cookin with the johnstons! this sign is her gift for helping drive traffic to my shop in february! i don't know what happened to the color in the second picture but it definitely is more accurate in the first. and oh my word - i do love that font! le sigh!

mecca-1

mecca-2

this sign is for a sweet girl in new york! this will be going into her brand new bedroom in their new apartment! i love the bold grapich-ness of it. black and white is such a statement but i think the grey brings it down a bit also. even my husband said how much he liked this one (but that might have something to do with the fact that he helped me paint it!! ;)

dog-hair-1

dog-hair-2

and finally, this cute sign for my friend diane's front porch. she is seriously my best customer! i think this is the third sign i've painted for her. repeat customers are the best i tell ya! anyways - i can totally relate to this statement. there is so much dog hair in my floors it is hard for me to understand how there is any left on my dogs!

so that is what i've been up to behind the scenes around here! what have you guys been up to in your normal, non-blogging lives??

  1. Gorgeous. I wish I wasn't moving (and thus trying to get *rid* of things instead of buying more) so I could order something from you!

    1. We LOVE the sign! And to answer Leanne's question, we are hanging it in the bedroom--kind of a right-when-he-wakes-up-he'll-see-it sort of spot. Right now, that spot is directly above the pack and play, so I am not sure when we'll actually get it hung up!
