if you asked me what i missed more than anything about living in texas...

    1. Oh girl - my dad make the BEST gumbo in the world! The sad thing is I wouldn't eat it until I was about 20. I thought all gumbo had seafood in it but after my dad introduced me to chicken and sausage gumbo I was hooked! I will have to make you some and you can come visit ;)
