louisiana annual conference

this week i am serving the united methodist church as a lay delegate for the monroe, louisiana district.

it is a lot of sitting and listening to people talk. then i think there is some voting and lots of seeing people i haven't seen in a while!



this is the lovely view from our hotel room. it overlooks the boardwalk, the red river and the tall buildings are the hotel casinos in shreveport.

i have a lot of pictures to share from my sister-in-law's baby shower from this weekend and i will be back with them soon i hope!
